10 Spring Eyeshadow Looks And Trends To Try Out In 2024
Spring has a funny way of letting itself known. In the UK, it’s with snow. Yep, we had snow this week! It didn’t snow the whole winter down in London, but of course, in the first week of spring on April Fools Day, the snow came! The irony of ironies:)
Despite our interesting start to spring, it is one of the loveliest times of the year! The days get longer, the blossoms bloom and it’s all about brighter and warmer days ahead. To me, it signifies hope! As a beauty blogger, there’s no better way to celebrate spring than with makeup and beauty.
I’ve put together the best spring eyeshadow looks of 2024! There is a look for every level and every style. From detailed eyeshadow looks, to plain and elegant ones, there’s something for everyone!
1. Green Daisies Eyeshadow Look
If you thought green eyeshadow wasn’t for you, this gorgeous eyeshadow look may convince you otherwise! It’s perfect for spring and brighter days, especially with the pretty daisy chain on the crease line.
The daisy chain can be a bit tricky to apply, the easiest way to apply it is with a coloured eyeliner pen.
2. Butterfly in the Eye Spring-Inspired Look
One of the signs that spring is on the way is when you spot a butterfly. That’s the case in the UK and it’s definitely a reason for celebration! This butterfly eyeshadow look is on the difficult side, but you’ve gotta agree, the result is stunning!
3. Spring Sunrise
This sunset with a twist almost looks like a wave is about to break! The colours are bright and fresh and perfect for a spring and summer eyeshadow look!
This eyeshadow look is totally mesmerizing! Although it’s not the easiest eyeshadow look to do, you can simplify some of the details to make it easier. It will still look fab!
4. Under-Eye Daisies
Yep, it’s another eyeshadow look with daisies! Daisies are certainly popular when it comes to spring eyeshadow looks, but it’s easy to see why. They don’t require a ton of detail, and they are all about spring!
5. Sunset Eyeshadow Look
Okay, so this look is really more fitting for a summer eyeshadow look, however, with the stunning colorful shades, I simply couldn’t pass on it. When you see a sky that looks like this, you know it’s going to be a beautiful day the next day.
This eyeshadow look reminds me of that, something that we haven’t seen here in a looong time!
6. Pastel Rainbow Shadow
Pastel eyeshadow is the perfect way to showcase colorful eyeshadow without it being bright and out there. Not everyone is made for bright eyeshadow and that’s ok, pastel eyeshadow is the perfect in-between!
This gorgeous eyeshadow look has all the summery colours you could want, with a beautiful touch of gold eyeliner to bring the whole look to life!
7. Dreamy Butterfly Pastel Eyeshadow
Opt for this eyeshadow if you’re after a more subtle butterfly look. The pastel shades combined with the butterfly and glitter eyeshadow make you look twice!
For the full effect, don’t forget to continue the eyeshadow shades under the lower lashes too. Easy to overlook, but it ties it all together perfectly.
8. Floral Bees
This is the perfect look to show off your talented eyeshadow skills! All of the detail is amazing, and there’s a lot of it, from the bees to the flowers, and there’s even a rainbow there too!
The blue base shade brings out the blue eye colour, although any eye colour would work, how could it not?!
9. Pastel Graphic Liner
Simple, yet effective is this lilac and yellow graphic eyeliner look. A graphic liner look is a perfect way to get a colourful eye look, without it being too overpowering. Tie it all together with matching mascara on the lower lashes!
10. Floral Blue with daisies
And here’s another daisy look for you! You can do this look with or without the daisies, but they do give the look a spring vibe which of course, we love! Pair the daisies with blue eyeshadow, or any colour really.
The blue gives it a nice contrast, but any colouring would work. This look is actually easier than it looks, all you need for the daisies is a makeup pen and the hard work is done for you!
My Thoughts
Spring eyeshadow looks are a fun way to bring in the new season. Most of us wait for warmer and sunnier days, so why not celebrate the weather with a matching eyeshadow look?
