ColourPop Hold The Stone Collection Is Here
If you love neutral eyeshadow palettes, then you’re in the right place! ColourPop has just released another 2 neutral eyeshadow palettes to spoil us with. Hold The Stone Collection includes a warm and cool-toned palette as well as 4 lip cremes!
The collection is gorgeous and totally up my street. Neutral eyeshadow palettes are my favourite and to be honest, I can never have too many!
ColourPop eyeshadow palettes are the perfect ones if you want a large collection without spending too much. They are affordable and the quality is always uncompromised!
Hold The Stone Collection
Disclaimer: I’m a ColourPop fan and this collection lives up to my expectations! Hold The Stone Collection eyeshadow palettes are not what you think at first glance.
They don’t only feature powder eyeshadows, but cream ones too! There are some other brands who do cream shadows in a palette, but it’s a first-ever from ColourPop and they don’t disappoint!
Set In Stone Eyeshadow Palette
The Set in Stone Eyeshadow Palette is about your favourite warm nudes! It features golds and browns in matte and shimmer finishes and did I mention, it’s totally gorgeous!
There’s enough variation in the shades for evening and day looks as well as, smokey and plain looks.
Twist Of Slate Eyeshadow Palette
Twist Of Slate Eyeshadow Palette is ideal for those with cool-toned skin. It features 10 beautiful cool-toned neutral shades that you simply can’t go wrong with!
This eyeshadow palette also has ColourPop’s new creamy eyeshadows as well as their classical powder ones which we all love!
In The Nude Lip Set
ColourPop has spoilt us with 4 new shades of their favourite Fresh Kiss Lip Cremes! If you haven’t heard of their Fresh Kiss Lip Cremes, let me introduce you!
These lip cremes are hybrid makeup/skincare lip products. What does this mean? It means you get the best of both worlds! You get the perfect coverage of lipstick along with the care of a lip balm.
This really is the best kind of lip product. All too often lipsticks cause the lips to dry out, which defeats the whole purpose of wearing lipstick. It’s good for those who suffer from dry lips, especially during the winter months when dry lips are much more common.
The lipsticks are infused with hydrating ingredients like vitamin E and maracuja superfruit oil. These ensure your lips stay hydrated giving you a non-drying matte finish.
The shades are:
Monolith- warm pinky nude
Coal it quits- warm deep chocolate
Gone graphite- warm caramel brown
Cornerstone- warm midtone beige
My Thoughts
The palettes together give strong Natasha Denona Biba vibes, there is a lot of overlap in the shades. However, I don’t think that takes away from this collection. The texture is different and so is the price!
Not everyone can afford Natasha Denona palettes, and even if you can, it doesn’t mean you want to spend that amount! ColourPop eyeshadow palettes have the perfect balance of innovation, good quality and affordable!
ColourPop Hold The Stone Collection is ideal for any nude lover! The palettes and the lip cremes are useful and versatile, you simply can’t go wrong with them!
