If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you’ll know I love Urban Decay makeup. Quite a few of their makeup products have become staples in my makeup collection! And there’s a good reason for it.
Urban Decay makeup is of amazing quality, reasonably priced and cruelty-free. Aside from those important points, their makeup is also creative, fun and original!
I’ve put together here the best Urban Decay makeup products of 2024 that are worth spending the extra £$!
1. Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray
An oldie but a goodie. I have a whole post dedicated to the All Nighter Setting Spray, but I’ll do the summarising for you here! The setting spray comes in quite a few variations, which all have brilliant reviews.
I’ve only tried the standard-setting spray which I absolutely love! Whenever I have a long day or an evening out, the All Nighter Setting Spray keeps my makeup in place without budging.
It’s vegan and free of all the bad stuff like oil and parabens, but its best feature is the Temperature Control Technology that it features.
What this does is help to control the temperature of your makeup so that when you, for example, sweat, your makeup still stays intact! A genius of a technology which I can vouch seriously works!
2. UD Eyeshadow Primer Potion
Another one of my favourite products is this eyeshadow primer. The Eyeshadow Primer Potion has become one of those essentials in my makeup kit that I simply can’t do without.
If you have oily eyelids and struggle with your eye makeup smudging during the day, then this primer is a must-have! Not only does the primer keep your eye makeup intact the whole day, but it also helps your eyeshadow apply smoother and easier.
The difference between the Eyeshadow Primer Potion and many other eyeshadow primers is the many different primer options that they have! The primer comes in a few different colours for different skin tones and problems, as well as for different looks.
Freebase- gives your eyes an intensifying look, Sin- gives your eyes a shimmery base, Eden- gives a full coverage base, Original- gives an invisible base and Anti-aging nude gives a colour correcting and optical blurring base.
3. Glide-On Eye Pencil
These eyeliners are for those who love their coloured eyeliner! With 50 shades to choose from, you can be sure there’s a colour for every taste and every mood! These eyeliners are made to stay, they don’t budge, even for those with oily eyelids.
In fact, they are the holy grail eyeliner for many who struggle with oily eyelids. They have a waterproof base as well as impressive moisturising ingredients. It’s easy to see why they’re Urban Decays’ bestsellers and it also features in my review on the best smudge-proof eyeliners!
4. Stay Naked Foundation
The biggest wow factor of the Urban Decay Stay Naked Foundation is the whopping 50 shades that it comes in! There are quite a few foundations that come in 40 shades, but very few come with as many as 50! If finding the right foundation shade is often a struggle for you, then this foundation was made for you!
The Stay Naked foundation is the perfect union of the All Nighter and Naked Skin foundations. All Nighter is a full-coverage, thick foundation and Naked Skin is more of a BB cream.
Stay Naked is long-lasting and has full coverage like the All Nighter but it is weightless and skinlike like the Naked Skin. It has the perfect balance of the two foundations. When you wear it you don’t feel like you’re wearing anything.
It doesn’t leave any greasy or goopy feel to it and it stays matte throughout the day. It applies and blends really smoothly and nicely. A dream foundation and a winner for Urban Decay!
5. Stay Naked Concealer
Following on from the fabulous Stay Naked Foundation, we have the Stay Naked Concealer! In the same family as the foundation, the concealer has a really lovely consistency.
It isn’t too runny, yet neither is it too thick. And it isn’t too chalky, yet nor is it greasy. It blends beautifully, it literally melts into the skin and you can’t see a thing. There is no cakiness at all, it has the most perfect natural look.
It has a demi-matte finish which means it has a slight dewiness to it. This really helps the concealer not settle into fine lines which is a problem for many- myself included!
6. Stay Naked Hydromaniac Tinted Glow Foundation
The latest addition to the fabulous Stay Naked range is this Tinted Glow Foundation. Fed up with a full-coverage heavy-wearing foundation? If your answer is yes, then you need to try the Hydromaniac Tinted Glow Foundation. It’s a long-wearing hybrid tinted moisturiser/foundation that is buildable to medium coverage.
It’s lightweight and comfortable to wear, but the best part has got to be how well it lasts throughout the day! It’s got the best of both worlds, it’s lightweight, yet lasts impeccably! It’s currently my go-to everyday coverage!
7. Naked 2 Basics Eyeshadow Palette
If you’re looking for a straightforward, everyday eyeshadow palette that creates beautiful neutral eyeshadow looks, the Naked 2 Basic Palette is exactly what you need! The palette comes with 6 natural shades that are easy to use, highly pigmented and blend smoothly.
Compact and conveniently sized to fit in your purse, this palette is perfect for on-the-go touch-ups. It is especially suitable for those who prefer a more manageable selection of shades, as opposed to larger palettes that can be overwhelming to choose from.
Urban Decay is one of my favourite makeup brands. This is because of their fine balance between quality, creativity and price! Their products are reasonably priced, somewhere in the middle for makeup brands and, you get top-quality makeup!
