Natasha Denona’s New Summer Eyeshadow Palette- The Zendo Eyeshadow Palette
Natasha Denona has done it again with another fabulous eyeshadow palette! I may not love the Natasha Denona prices, but I do love her palettes, you can check out the Mini Love Story and Bronze Palette here.
Everything is perfect from the packaging to the shades and the overall feel that her palettes give. Yep, you can’t really go wrong with them. (Like I said, minus the price!)
At first glance, the Natasha Denona Zendo Eyeshadow Palette looks like the dream summer palette. Let’s check it out!
Natasha Denona Zendo Palette
The new Zendo Eyeshadow Palette features 15 new stunning summer shades! I love how the palette combines both warm and cool-toned shades, making sure there’s something for everyone. It also gives you more opportunities to express yourself by mixing different tones and shades.
The palette is inspired by mixing nature with minimalist architecture. All the colours and shades relay peacefulness and tranquillity. And, indeed when looking at the colours you do get that vibe. It reminds me a lot of a sunset, which always gives a feeling of peacefulness.
If the name Zendo palette rings a bell, that’s because this new eyeshadow palette is the mother of an already existing palette- the Mini Zendo Eyeshadow Palette.
The Mini version features 5 shades whereas, the new Zendo palette features 15!
I’ll be honest, I’m not sure what the connection between the two palettes is aside from the name. Where the Mini Zendo is bland in colours, the full palette is vibrant and bright.

As you can see, there’s something for everyone in the Zendo eyeshadow palette. It has warm tones, it has cool tones, it has matte shades and it has shimmer shades.
The number of looks you can create with this palette is endless. You can keep it neutral or you can jazz it up with some bright tones. If you’re feeling creative you can even mix up warm and cool tones.
One small criticism of the palette is that it’s missing a classic base shade and a dark smokey eyeshade. It has a dark green shade, but that’s not quite the same as a black or grey shade.
In my humble opinion, no eyeshadow palette is quite complete without these shades, especially when the palette costs as much as this one does!
When it comes to quality, you can be sure this eyeshadow palette lives up to the Natasha Denona name with intense pigmentation and little fallout. You can expect creamy and soft shades that are easy to apply and blend out.
The packaging of the Zendo palette has the same theme as all of the Natasha Denona eyeshadow palettes. It’s one colour with the name written on it. Simple, yet classy!
Who is the Zendo Palette for?
The Zendo Eyeshadow Palette is for anyone who loves experimenting with colours and shades, and for anyone who loves testing boundaries. This palette is all about going out of your comfort zone and getting creative.
Combine shades you would have never put together before and show your artistic skills! Obviously, it’s also for those who love collecting eyeshadow palettes- this palette is definitely a must!
My Thoughts
Natasha Denona doesn’t disappoint when it comes to eyeshadow palettes and the Zendo Palette is another winner. With an original colour choice and beautiful shades, it’s a palette that’s hard not to love!
I love how it combines warm and cool tones, which to be fair, can be a little tricky to get right. Many brands fail miserably, but the Zendo palette works beautifully.
While I’m more of a neutral eyeshadow gal myself, I do appreciate that this palette is beautiful and has loads to offer for those a little more creative with their eyeshadow than myself!
The obvious downside to the Natasha Denona eyeshadow palettes is the price. The Zendo palette retails at $65 which is definitely on the pricier side.
If it’s out of your budget check out my blog post on eyeshadow palette dupes, it’s amazing how much you can save with a good dupe! Also, check out the best cheap eyeshadow palettes, you don’t always need to spend a lot to have a great product!
